A “home of comfort” often includes the comfort of a loving pet. Our community is pet-friendly, but animals must be commonly recognized as an accepted domestic pet and must be spayed or neutered and fully vaccinated. We welcome a maximum of two pets per household with applicable pet fees.Residents are responsible for having dogs leashed at all times, under their control, and cleaning up after their pets.

Breed Restrictions Are As Follows:
Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Bowl, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Caucasian Ovcharka, Alaskan Malamute, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow Chow, Spitz, Akita, Wolf Hybrids. Reptiles, tarantulas, poisonous or exotic species, and any mixed breeds containing the above bloodlines are also prohibited.

There is a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet, or $500 total for two pets. The monthly pet rent charge is $25 per month per pet.
